Penfold LLC was created out of a natural need of our clientele to have representation and a competent, trustworthy resource to oversee their construction projects.  Over the years, our client relationships have grown and we have identified another natural need for continued maintenance/operations management of those projects we were initially involved with.    

Based in Bozeman, Montana, we serve the greater Rocky Mountain region and we bring 25 years of high-end construction and facility management experience.  Our project locations include Colorado destination icons such as Steamboat Springs, Telluride, and Vail and reach up to the exclusive homesites of the Yellowstone Club in Big Sky, Montana.  We offer a multitude of services (see here) but it all starts with a relationship.
