CREAM CHEESE AND GRAPE TOMATO BRUSHETTA
INGREDIENTS
- 4 thick baguette slices
- 4 sliced grape tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons of cream cheese
- Cambray onion tails
- 1 tablespoon of chopped coriander
- 6 arugula leaves
- 1 trickle of olive oil
PROCEDURE
- Incorporate the mayonnaise, cream cheese, cambray onions and coriander until it is a paste
- Put the bread slices in the oven with a little olive oil; to achieve a semi-golden bread, let the bread bake for 10 minutes (depending on the type of oven)
- Spread the paste on the bread slices
- Decorate the bread slices with the grape tomato slices and the arugula leaves.
GREEK SALAD
INGREDIENTS
- 3 different lettuces (Sangria, Italian and Escarola), three leaves of each desinfected
- 100g of grape tomatoes sliced in half
- 2 medium sized cucumbers, skinned and sliced.
- 200g of fetta cheese or panela, cutted in cubes
- ½ filleted purple onion
- 8 boneless, sliced Black olives
- 1 spoonful of oregano
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- Personalized amount of salt
PROCEDURE
- Incorporate all the ingredients mentioned above ( lettuce, grape tomatoes, cucumber, cheese, purple onion, black olives)
- Add the olive oil, oregano and salt.
BITTERSWEET JAPANESE SALAD WITH GRAPE TOMATO
INGREDIENTS
- Two medium sized cucumbers (remove one strip of skin and keep the other)
- 8 grape tomatoes in slices
- 3 spoons of White sugar
- 1 spoonuful of fine salt
- The juice of 2 lemons
PROCEDURE
- To the cucumbers remove one layer of skin and leave the over one along; cut lengthwise and thinly slice
- Leave the cucumber slices debuting with the juice of the lemons for 10 minutes.
- Cut the grape tomatoes lengthwise in two parts and add
- Add the sugar
- Incorporate all the ingredients
STUFFED GRAPE TOMATOES
INGREDIENTS
- 20 grape tomatoes sliced in half without seeds or liquid
- 10 tablespoons of bread crumbs
- 4 spoonfulls of parsley finely chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, sliced in half
PROCEDURE
- Mix the parsley with the bread crumbs
- Slice the tomatoes in half, remove the seeds and place them in an oven dish with butter
- Remove the seeds and invert the tomatoes for the liquid to drip
- Add the fine salt to the tomatoes
- Stuff the tomatoes with the bread crumbs and parsley
- Place them inside the oven dish with butter and the 4 garlic cloves
- With a spoon spray the olive oil into all the tomatoes
- Put them in the oven for an hour with a temperature of 120 C (depending on the tyoe of oven)
GRAPE TOMATOES AND MUSHROOMS TO THE BILBAINA
INGREDIENTS
- 20 whole grape tomatoes
- 20 sliced mushrooms
- 2 spoonfuls of finely chopped garlics
- 2 finely chopped serrano chillies
- The juice of 3 lemons
- 1 spoonful of Chicken soup powder
- Salt to taste
- ½ a cup of olive oil
- ½ a bar of butter
PROCEDURE
- Pre-heat the olive oil and melt the butter
- Saute the chopped garlic in a pan with the Chicken soup powder
- Add the finely chopped chillies
- Incorporate the cherry tomatoes and sliced mushrooms and saute briefly
- Add the lemon juice and salt to taste
- Mix everything for 5 minutes
GRAPE TOMATO CONFIT
INGREDIENTS
- 30 whole grape tomatoes
- 2 cups of White sugar
- 5 whole garlic cloves
- 2 cups of olive oil
- 6 basil leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Slice of Camembert cheese
PROCEDURE
- Put in a container the tomatoes, garlic and basil, add the sugar and add the olive oil
- Mix all the ingredients
- Put in the pre-heated oven to 110 C, for 45 minutes ( depends on the oven)
- Place the grape tomato confit on top of the Camembert cheese slice
GRAPE TOMATO WITH MOZZARELLA CHEESE SKEWERS IN MUSTARD SAUCE
INGREDIENTS
- 6 skewers
- 20 grape tomatoes
- 12 mozzarella cheese slices in strips
- 2 tablespoons of mustard
- 2 spoonfuls of Honey
- 1 spoonful of olive oil
- 1 spoonful of Maggi juice
- 4 basil leaves
PROCEDURE
- Pinch in the skewers the tomatoes and mozzarella cheese in strips interleaved
- Make the sauce with the mustard, maggi juice, olive oil and Honey
- Place in a plate the 6 skewers; add the sauce on top of the skewers and decorate with the basil leaves.
MEDITERRANEAN GRAPE TOMATO
INGREDIENTS
- 20 whole grape tomatoes
- 1 filleted white onion
- 2 chopped garlic cloves
- 2 cups of olive oil
- 6 arugula leaves
- Sea salt
PROCEDURE
- Put in a pan or casserole, the grape tomatoes, onion, garlics and the arugula; add the sea salt and incorporate the olive oil
- Mix all the ingredients and saute for two minuted
MINI BAGUETTES WITH GRATED GRAPE TOMATOES
INGREDIENTS
- 4 mini baguettes
- 6 grape tomatoes sliced
- 4 spoonfuls of grated mozarella cheese
- 6 chopped bacon slices
- chopped scallions
- chopped arugula
- 2 raw eggs
- 3 spoonfuls of olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
PROCEDURE
- The eggs are beaten
- Add the bacon, grated cheese, arugula, salt and pepper
- Remove the center parto f the baguette to create a casserole
- Stuff the baguette with the bacon, arugula and grape tomato
- Add a little olive oil
- On top of the baguette, add the mozarella cheese
- Decorate with chopped arugula
- Place on a place, decorating with romaine lettuce leaves
FUSILLI PASTA WITH GRAPE TOMATO
INGREDIENTS
- 200g of Fusilli
- 20 grape tomatoes sliced longwise
- 2 spoonfuls of butter
- 2 spoonfuls of chopped garlic
- 3 spinach leaves sliced in strips
- 1 cup of half-cream
- 1 spoonful of Chicken soup powder
- 2 spoonfuls of chopped parsley
- 3 spoonfuls of grated mozzarella cheese
- olive oil
PROCEDURE
- Set the water to boil, add grain salt and ¼ of an onion
- Once the water is boiling, add the Fusilli pasta, for 5 minutes until it is al dente (semi-cooked)
- Pre-heat in a casserole or pan, the olive oil and melt the butter
- Saute the chopped garlic in a pan with the Chicken soup powder
- Add the spinach strips
- Incorporate the Fusilli pasta inmediately
- Add the grape tomatoes
- Incorporate 1 cup of half-cream, with the chopped parsley, and the 3 spoonfuls of grated mozzarella cheese
- Add a little more olive oil
- Mix all the ingredients for 5 minutes
